  • Lindsey Racz, MS, LPC, CBT-E

    Lindsey is a holistic clinician specializing in women's issues with over a decade of therapy practice. Her areas of specialty include the treatment of eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, depression, relational concerns and life transitions. In addition to being a licensed therapist, she is also a Licensed Zumba Instructor and offers the option of dance movement therapy as a modality of treatment to process trauma and relieve anxiety.

    Lindsey studied both psychology and nutrition in her undergraduate programs at Missouri State University where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Additionally, she holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Evangel University. Lindsey completed CBT-E certification from the University of Oxford (UK, CREDO) in 2016 and is a member-premier in good standing with the American Association of Christian Counselors. Before branching into private practice, she worked for Ozarks Technical Community College as an academic advisor, curriculum developer, counselor and adjunct psychology instructor for seven years.

    My husband and I have 4 kids. I love all things music and dancing. Most importantly, I became a Christ follower at age 16 and haven’t been the same since. He is my all!

  • Karen Campbell, MS, PLPC

    Karen is a provisionally licensed therapist under the supervision of Lindsey Racz. With five years of counseling experience, she provides an environment of genuineness and empathy. Karen works with all ages of adult women and has expertise in treating anxiety, depression, grief, and challenging life transitions. Karen’s greatest hope is that her clients will know and experience the love and grace of God.

    Karen received her Master's degree in School Counseling from Evangel University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a counseling minor from Southwest Baptist University. She is currently a member-premier in good standing with the American Association of Christian Counselors. In the past, Karen worked as a school counselor and academic advisor. She also spent several years as an adjunct psychology instructor for Ozarks Technical Community College.

    My husband and I have three kids and love the outdoors! We enjoy all kinds of nature activities, cycling, and making homemade pizza together.

  • Stephanie Watson, MAMFC, AC-PLC

    Stephanie is a professional life coach specializing in women's issues, premarital and marriage coaching, and transitional stress with over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. Her special areas of interest include managing anxiety, stress, life transitions, identity, and creating and managing healthy relationships. She desires to create a welcoming and safe environment for each person who steps into the room. Stephanie views coaching as encouraging, hope-filled, and action-driven. She will walk alongside you to discover your uniqueness, personal strengths, goals, and help you be intentional about growing. She is passionate about her clients experiencing God's grace and finding hope in Him.

    Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. She also studied religion in her undergraduate program at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Stephanie has worked as a therapist in a variety of different settings including private practice, telehealth, church counseling centers, and as a consultant helping churches identify and support members with mental health needs. She loves empowering couples and families with God's Word.

    My husband and I have 2 sons (and a black lab who is definitely part of the family). I love to be outdoors, meet new people, and try new things. I desire for my life to glorify God, and for my identity to be grounded in Him.

  • Angela Bounds, MS, PLPC

    Angela is a provisionally licensed therapist under the supervision of Lindsey Racz. Along with 20 years of experience in school counseling, Angela brings genuine kindness and empathy to her relationships with her clients. She is passionate about helping children as well as adults heal from all levels of trauma. Angela loves to facilitate connection within families as she partners with parents to meet the unique needs of their children.

    Her modes of therapy are EMDR in conjunction with Scripture; play therapy; and cognitive therapy, whereby we can be transformed by the renewing of our mind (Romans 12:2). She received her Masters in Guidance and Counseling from Missouri State University in 1999.

    Angela, tell us 3 fun facts about you!

    My 3 greatest loves are The Lord, my beautifully imperfect family of 5, and hiking in Colorado. I love all things outdoors, including, camping, hiking, and canoeing. I have experienced profound healing through my relationship with God and the beauty He has created.

  • Amanda Martin, MS, LPC

    Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years of therapy experience. Amanda works virtually with women, teenagers, and older children. Areas of specialty and interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment to life changes, body image and eating disorders, as well as coping with food allergies. Amanda's hope is that her clients would become empowered to rewrite their stories, reclaim joy, and find healing through a holistic therapeutic approach.

    Amanda received her Bachelors of Science from College of the Ozarks, double majoring in Psychology and Sociology, and a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology at Evangel University. In addition to being a professionally licensed counselor, Amanda is board certified through NBCC and is a member-presidential in good standing with the American Association of Christian Counselors. Amanda has experience in private practice, outpatient, school based, as well as residential settings.

    I live in the country with my husband and four children where I homeschool my youngest three. Adoption is part of our story. Some of my favorite things include time outside with family, reading, playing tennis, and baking.

  • Sunshine Loveland, MS, PLPC

    Sunshine is a provisionally licensed therapist under the supervision of Amanda Martin. Sunshine has six years of experience as a secondary counselor; she specializes in working with teenage girls and women in private practice.

    Sunshine utilizes Christ centered counseling and helps move clients from a place of distress to peace, hope and freedom. She values genuine connection and believes that growth is possible when individuals are willing to lean into the hard parts of life. She is passionate about walking alongside clients as they learn to turn their ashes into beauty, sorrow into joy, and captivity into freedom (Isaiah 61:1-4). She believes healing happens in three ways: first through the process of renewing one’s mind by the Truth of scripture, second as individuals learn to live out their identity in Christ, and last, by walking in the freedom Christ promises.

    Sunshine received her Master's degree in School Counseling from Evangel University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a counseling minor from Southwest Baptist University. She is currently a member- premier in good standing with the American Association of Christian Counselors. She has over 20 years of experience in working with teenagers and adults in a variety of capacities including mental health care, foster care, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, high school counseling, mentoring and discipleship.

    I love to travel and see the world, especially via my hiking boots. My favorite vacations include tent camping and hiking beautiful mountains and national parks. I enjoy a good adrenal rush such as skydiving and paragliding off the French Alps. I love cats and have two very spoiled rescue fur babies. I also enjoy games with friends, reading books, and knitting.

  • Stacy Johannsen, MS, BCCC, Office Manager

    Stacy serves as Truth & Counsel’s Office Manager. She greets clients with warmness and professionalism anytime they contact the office with questions or wish to begin their counseling journey.

    Along with 25 years of experience in school counseling, Stacy has served as a Certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor. She is a Board Certified Mental Health Coach through the Board of Mental Health Coaching. As a member-premier in good standing with the American Association of Christian Counselors, Stacy is a Board Certified Christian Counselor through Light University. She graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (1994) and Master’s Degree in Counseling (2000). She offers wisdom, experience, empathy and kindness to our clients.

    Stacy counsels pre-teens, to adult women as they grow through life issues such as: anxiety, addiction, depression, foster care/adoption, grief, life transitions, relational issues and managing stress.

    Table Rock Lake is my happy place. My husband of thirty one years and I are blessed with a daughter and son both married and two foster grandbabies. I enjoy biking, hiking and all things outdoors.

  • Jennifer Stidham, BME, CIT

    Jennifer Stidham is a Counselor in Training under the supervision of Lindsey Racz and is in the process of completing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University.

    Jennifer is currently completing her practicum through Truth and Counsel, LLC. She is an empathetic listener who is wholehearted about creating safe spaces for clients to share the issues which bring them to counseling. She utilizes person-centered therapeutic approaches coupled with solution-focused brief therapy for best client outcomes. She is passionate about being a part of the healing process for women, veterans, pastors, and other helping professionals who have experienced trauma. Jennifer is a member in good standing of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the Missouri Mental Health Counselors Association.

    Jennifer has been active in leadership with the Celebrate Recovery group at her church for several years and co-leads a women’s trauma recovery group in her community. Additionally, she serves as a pastoral counselor for members of her faith community.

    Jennifer, tell us 3 fun facts about you!

    My family and I live on 5 acres in the country where we have 40-ish chickens, who give us enough eggs to sell to friends and family. I love to lead worship at church and with my recovery group, where I play piano and sing. Most weekends, you can find me sipping coffee in my pajamas, watching On Patrol: Live or Antiques Roadshow.

  • Nikki Coorts, MS, LPC

    Nikki is a Licensed Professional Counselor who loves to come alongside women struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth or a history of trauma. She strives to work alongside the Spirit of God to help women step from brokenness and exhaustion into meaningful lives.

    Nikki uses EMDR, a modality which facilitates an individual’s ability to heal from emotional trauma. Nikki also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, often coupled with body calming skills, to assist women in managing depression and anxiety from a holistic framework. She is skilled at helping women identify core beliefs that maintain current patterns in life and then helping them step into new beliefs that are more in line with God’s truth.

    Prior to becoming a licensed therapist, Nikki worked in college ministry for 23 years, both in the Midwest and in international settings. She has extensive experience with college and young adult ages, but has worked with women of all ages. While working with various ministry teams and discipling college women and staff, she became interested in helping women go deeper into their healing process and see themselves as God sees them. Upon completing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Evangel University in 2020, Nikki began working in an outpatient setting primarily with individuals who have endured physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside women as they discover healing and growth. Nikki is also a member-premier in good standing of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

    I thrive on being outdoors with my family and dog, especially running, hiking and floating a variety of Ozark streams. My husband and I have 3 kids, one still at home, and adoption is a part of our family’s story. I also enjoy domestic and international travel, whether for mission trips or fun.
